Grape Juice

Having read about and discovered Frozen Grapes as a dessert, I decided to try grape juice as well, just to keep some variety from lemonade which is my go-to juice for summer.

Grape Juice & Frozen Grapes

Time: 5 min plus approximately 1 hour cooling
Makes: 500ml
Storage: refrigerate, preferably in container with a lid. Lasts 3-4 days.
Ingredients:
2 cups / 330g seedless grapes
1/4 cup of boiling water
Method:
  1. Wash the grapes. Pour the grapes into a blender and blend until juice.
  2. Add the boiling water and blend.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. Pour through a sieve into a jug (preferably with a lid).
  5. Refrigerate.
Serve with ice or frozen grapes.

Pineapple Juice

I like juice every now and then as a variety and I do a lot of lemonade varieties but wanted something different. So pineapple was pulled out.
Time: 5 minutesPineapple Juice
Makes: 1 litre
Store: Refrigerated in an airtight jug
Ingredients:
400g pineapple, peeled and chopped
1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) lemon juice
2 cups (500ml) water
Method:
  1. Put everything into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve.
This is best served chilled. It may need a stir before serving.
