One evening I felt like a sauce on my steak and I’ve tried bitter chocolate over meat before so I did a quick try and this sauce was created. It’s simple and quick and if you don’t have cocoa powder and cocoa butter about, 2 teaspoons of grated Willie’s 100% chocolate will do the job just as well.
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cocoa butter
Pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon boiling water
1/4 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
- Put all the ingredients in a microwave safe dish and heat for 30 seconds. Stir and if required, repeat until the sauce is hot.
- Pour over steak.
