Garlic Cauliflower Sauce

Cauliflower Garlic SauceIngredients:
150g frozen cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon coconut butter
Method:
  1. Cook the cauliflower either in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or steam it.
  2. Keep 2 tablespoons of water in the bowl and add the garlic, black pepper and coconut butter.
  3. Puree.
  4. Serve warm – it reheats fine.

I really enjoyed it over my steak!
