I’ve taken a break the last few, okay more than a few, weeks. It’s been for various reasons. One was a lot of work to be done on the recipe book I’m busy writing. The book is coming along and I’m excited about the prospect of actually getting it out in a few months. Another reason was an oven, or lack thereof. It really didn’t appreciate being cleaned! I’ll never be able to hear Rice Crispies crackle without remembering this – the noise was just the same.
But I’m back in the kitchen now with a new oven and a plan for the kitchen. Time to use it!
