Having read about and discovered Frozen Grapes as a dessert, I decided to try grape juice as well, just to keep some variety from lemonade which is my go-to juice for summer.
Time: 5 min plus approximately 1 hour cooling
Storage: refrigerate, preferably in container with a lid. Lasts 3-4 days.
2 cups / 330g seedless grapes
1/4 cup of boiling water
- Wash the grapes. Pour the grapes into a blender and blend until juice.
- Add the boiling water and blend.
- Leave to cool.
- Pour through a sieve into a jug (preferably with a lid).
Serve with ice or frozen grapes.
