Tuna Leaves
This was my recipe for May Fish Challenge.
Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
1 medium avocado, ripe
120g can of tuna (I use no drain)
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
2 Romaine lettuce leaves, preferably the outer ones as they are bigger
Method:
  1. Peel and then mash the avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Add the tuna, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir together until well mixed.
  3. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake off the water. Put on the plate.
  4. Spoon the tuna and avocado mix into the leaves.
  5. Serve
