This was my recipe for May Fish Challenge.
Time: 10 minutes
1 medium avocado, ripe
120g can of tuna (I use no drain)
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
2 Romaine lettuce leaves, preferably the outer ones as they are bigger
- Peel and then mash the avocado in a small bowl.
- Add the tuna, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir together until well mixed.
- Wash the lettuce leaves and shake off the water. Put on the plate.
- Spoon the tuna and avocado mix into the leaves.
