With summer on its way, salad season is coming. While I don’t use a lot of dressings, this one does ring a nice change to a salad.
Time: 5 minutes
2 tablespoons of nut butter of your choice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cold water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Drizzle over salad.
Storage: Keeps 2 – 3 days in the fridge, in an airtight container.
